Producing our extraordinary gin centres on the seasonality and quality of the marula, the most special of fruits. The terroir (location!) of the marula trees and subtle variances of each annual harvest mean each vintage is rather special, as our winemaking companions can attest.

Comprising a succulent, citrus fruit, with a nutty core, the marula is our star botanical, producing deep nutty tones, rich cacao and uplifting citrus essences. Through the distillation process, it is guided by carefully selected botanicals, navigating the rising currents, to produce Tipsy Nelly’s Tipple.

Our unique distillation process utilises the techniques of artisan extra virgin olive oil producers to extract deep flavour from the marula and produce an exemplary London Dry gin.

Inspired by the annual vintages of the marula harvest, we offer our herd an exclusive, limited run, batch distilled London Dry gin.
